THE AIRPORT

There is a public shuttle bus that you can take from the airport called Skybus St Kilda Express leaving from terminal 4. The first bus leaves at 6:48h and the last one is at 19.10h. For the tickets you can buy them at the selling points you will find at the airport, you can pay cash to the driver $19 or you can go online and buy the tickets on the website www.skybus.com.au.
Our stop is the last one called Fitzroy St and it will take about 1 hour to get here. Once that you get off the bus it’s just a 5 min walk to the hostel. If you are arriving after 19.00h let us know and we can give you another alternative to arrive.

The airport Shuttle service available at that time is Skybus Melbourne City Express running 24 hours with a frequency of 15-20min from the airport. For the tickets pay to the driver in cash ($18) or buy them online in www.skybus.com.au. The bus will take you to Southern Cross Station (about 40-45min) and from there you can catch tram 96 towards St Kilda and stop in St Kilda Station which is a 5 min walk from the hostel. To use the tram you will need to buy a Myki card first and top it up. You can do that in any 7 eleven/convenient stop when you arrive at Southern Cross Station (mind weekday last tram will be around midnight, weekends tram wil run all night) or you can catch an Uber. We will also recommend ringing the hostel at your arrival at the airport so we can have an idea of your arrival time.

THE CITY

Catch Tram # 16 from Flinders St. Station or anywhere along Swanston St. Hop off at stop no. 132, right outside our building. Perfect!

SOUTHERN CROSS STATION

Catch Tram #96 to St Kilda station on Bourke St.. Head left up to number 160 Fitzroy St.
We are above the Elephant and Wheelbarrow Pub.
